Next COA Meeting: April 22nd, 2026 at 5:30pm in the Clubhouse.
Roof Cleaning: Beginning April 13th NW Professional Gutters will be cleaning all roofs and gutters for all buildings except C building since we replaced the roof in January.
Recycling Bin: The City has approved us for the return of recycling cardboard services. ONLY CLEAN CARDBOARD AND NO GARBAGE CAN BE PLACED IN THE BIN! The bin is to the left of the dumpster. Please notify the board if you see the bin being misused.
