What's Happening Now
Dryer Vent Cleaning: Cleaning will be on October 9th beginning between 8am-9am. Homeowners do not need to do anything. Cleaning is done from the outside vents.
Chimney Cleaning: Bids are being accepted now for servicing in September/October. Homeowners will not need to be home.
Parking Lot: The sealing and striping of the parking lot is complete. AC MOATE will be on property August 18th to paint a couple visitor stalls that were incorrectly marked. Homeowners do not need to do anything for these corrections to be completed. Thank you everyone for your cooperation.
