Guest Parking Pass Pilot Project

Beginning September 25th, 2025 the board will be implementing a parking pilot project. If you have a regular guest, like a family member or care taker, who is on property frequently you can now give them a parking pass they will keep in their car. When they arrive on the driveway:

1. Hang the pass from their rearview mirror for Security to view and they will be waved through. If you have an additional private stall please have them park there, otherwise a visitor stall is their next choice. 
2. During this test period which ends 12/31/2025 each condo is eligible for 2 passes. Please complete the inquiry form on this website to obtain passes.

Clubhouse Reservations

Clubhouse Reservation Note: reservations are not confirmed until you provide 2 checks payable to Gold Pointe COA:

• One for $25 for the clubhouse use rental and
• One for $100 as a refundable deposit (provided the clubhouse is left clean and in order). 
  
  You may drop these checks in the green drop box located in the clubhouse.

Vote: The 2026 Budget was ratified February 18th and Carol McIinis was confirmed by the community to continue her 2 year board position. Thank you everyone for your participation. Ballot verification is being held by Carol Burton at Diamond Community Management.

Recycling Bin: The City has approved us for the return of recycling cardboard services. ONLY CLEAN CARDBOARD AND NO GARBAGE CAN BE PLACED IN THE BIN!  The bin is to the left of the dumpster. Please notify the board if you see the bin being misused.
