About The Gold Pointe Condominium Association

Our Mission
The Gold Pointe Condominium Owners Association is committed to enhancing the quality of life for all residents through responsible governance, effective communication, and prudent financial management. We strive to maintain property values, foster a sense of community, and provide a safe and attractive living environment.

Our History
Gold Pointe was established in 1991 and has grown into a thriving community of 84 units. Our condominium complex features beautiful landscaping, modern amenities, and a convenient location.

The association was formed to ensure the proper management and maintenance of common areas and to establish guidelines that preserve the community's aesthetic appeal and property values.

Meeting Schedule

Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors typically meets at 5:00 PM on the third Wednesday of every other month in the community clubhouse. Owners and tenants alike are welcome to attend.

Annual meetings are held in January of each year, with notifications sent to all owners at least 30 days in advance.
