Vote: The 2026 Budget was ratified February 18th and Carol McIinis was confirmed by the community to continue her 2 year board position. Thank you everyone for your participation. Ballot verification is being held by Carol Burton at Diamond Community Management.
Recycling Bin: The City has approved us for the return of recycling cardboard services. ONLY CLEAN CARDBOARD AND NO GARBAGE CAN BE PLACED IN THE BIN! The bin is to the left of the dumpster. Please notify the board if you see the bin being misused.
Tree Removal/Pruning: Archon has completed pruning and tree removal. The landscape committee will begin corrective plantings in the Spring.
Roof Replacement: Chase Roofing has completed the roof replacement for Building C. The assessment will be $450/year and begins Febuary 1, 2026 and is payable by each homeowner by January 31, 2027.
Landscaping Investation: Nasim will be treating several European Beetle infestations in the lawn this Spring. The beetle is invasive and eats the roots of the grass during the larvae stage. Crows have been eating the larvae but tearing up the lawn to get to them. We are seeking an environmentally safe treatment. Please avoid these damaged areas with pets.
Parking Pass Pilot Project: if you have a visitor or care taker who is on property regularly you can obtain a parking pass which they leave in their car and place on their rear view mirror each time they arrive. In January the board will review the project for continuing in 2026. To obtain a pass please send in your inquiry form.
Landscape Committee: The landscape committee has been working tirelessly relocating plants that have been blocking water sources, windows and planted to close to building structures. They will be focusing on beautifying the F and G building fence line and developing an overall plan for replacement plantings or corrective pruning property wide. Any resident experiencing problems with plant life impeding their property please notify the board by submitting an inquiry through the website. Thank you.
EV Charging Stations: Our community did not qualify for the VW grant submitted in August 2025. We will continue to seek grant funding through private, state and federal programs.
Painting: Garages will be painted as soon as weather is appropriate. The Clubhouse will be serviced in 2027.
Parking Lot Stripping: Work will be completed in the Spring.
