Parking Lot: The sealing and striping of Zone 2 will be done on August 6th. All parking stalls that were not sealed and striped last week must be clear of cars by 6:30am. Any vehicles left behind will have to be towed at owners expense. Please do not expect to come back on property until around 10pm. If you have an open parking stall in Zone 1 please text Susan Cooper at 253-266-9175 so we can share it with a homeowner from Zone 2. Vendors and guests will not be allowed on property August 5th and 6th. Homeowners can pick up delivered packages at the guard shack. Please check the website for the all clear to return to property. Painting: The painting of the Clubhouse and garages is complete. Painting of the facia boards and support structures on the carports will be done in 2027.
Recycling Services:
1) Cardboard: The bin is to the left of the dumpster at the top of the driveway. ONLY CLEAN CARDBOARD AND NO GARBAGE CAN BE PLACED IN THE BIN! Please notify the board if you see the bin being misused.
2) Glass: There are two glass bins in the recycle center next to the cardboard bin.
3) Plastic/Aluminum: Beginning on July 20th plastic and aluminum recycling is available at the recycle center in front of A building.
Roof Replacement: The assessment is $450/year and begins Febuary 1, 2026 and is payable by each homeowner by January 31, 2027.
Parking Pass: if you have a visitor or care taker who is on property regularly you can obtain a parking pass which they leave in their car and place on their rear view mirror each time they arrive. To obtain a pass please send in your inquiry form from the website.
Landscape Committee: The landscape committee has been working tirelessly relocating plants that have been blocking water sources, windows and planted to close to building structures. Any resident experiencing problems with plant life impeding their property please notify the board by submitting an inquiry through the website.
