Entrance Sign: Repair and repainting is complete as of 8/29/25.
Corrective building painting: Repainting of exterior walls affected by poor mix of paint should be completed by 09/12/25 at no cost to the community.
Window Washing: Will begin once exterior painting is complete.
Flood Remediation: Two remediation projects are being completed due to in-condominium water runnage.
EV Charging Stations: On August 21st we submitted a grant proposal to the Department of Energy for consideration to install up to 5 EV Chargings Stations. Response is expected aroung the end of November. Thank you Nate Kracht for all your hard work in completing this proposal!
We are obtaining estimates:
1) to create a community emergency evacuation access gate in the fence line at the end of E building.
2) to reassess roof lines to determine immediacy of replacement.
3) to complete painting of Private stalls, disability spaces and stall stripping.
