Landscaping Investation: Beginning the week of November 17-21, Nasim will be treating several European Beetle infestations in the lawn. The beetle is invasive and eats the roots of the grass during the larvae stage it is in now. Crows have been eating the larvae but tearing up the lawn to get to them. Please avoid these damaged areas with pets.

Landscape Committee: The landscape committee has been working tirelessly relocating plants that have been blocking water sources. They will be focusing on beautifying the F and G building fence line and developing an overall plan for replacement plantings or corrective pruning property wide. Any resident experiencing problems with plant life impeding their property please notify the board by submitting an inquiry through the website. Thank you.
